I talked to someone from the Michigan State ticket office today. As it turns out, the Michigan game is scheduled as a WHITEOUT. Exciting, eh?
Let’s make it a good one; Notre Dame this past year was wonderful. Now everytime you visit the site, you’ll have a gentle reminder. We’ll see if I can make any sort of impact (I doubt it).

We tried a green out last year… it was awful
Who makes the decision on whether it’s a white out our not? Is it the ticket office. Because personally I think white outs never work at Spartan Stadium. First off, only half of the does it. Then the opposing team comes in wearing their color and the white is just a canvas for opposing colors. It’s absolutely the worst when we play teams like OSU or Wiscy. The stadium just looks red and white… the away teams colors. Stupid…
Here’s a novel idea… let’s have a green out and call it something catch like Gang Green or the Green Monster. That way viewers on TV know that we actually have fans in the stands.
